Wing Tsun is designed to work in real self-defence situations - where rules of fairness or good manner do not exist. The Wing Tsun system will prepare you for every phase of a fight. Wing Tsun is not a sport.
Develop reflexes and reactions, confidence, fitness, general health, reduce stress, improve mental thoughts, coordination and balance. Meet fun and intesting people while training. It will lead to be free and relaxed in every day life as well.
Wing Tsun is a Chinese Martial Art, the only one ever created by a woman around 1750 whose name is Ng Mui and was probably the last martial art ever developed. Wing Tsun means Eternal Spring. Wing Tsun was brought to Hong Kong and then the rest of the world by Ip Man, with Bruce Lee being his most famous student.
Born in Italy in 1996.
Since the age of 4 I have been in a sport environment
(football, swimming, running, races, judo, etc).
The one that stayed with me since day 1 is Wing Tsun.
I practice it since 2012 and I love it as it was the first time I did it.
I am also a Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer.
